Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used.  These terms are legally binding.

• 1. All graphics sets are sold AS IS. Any additional changes needed such as adding text may be done by the user. User may choose to commission Panthera to provide this service as well. Some sets will include buttons and title bar within price.

• 2. User may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any or all images without specifically indicated approval with the sole exception of adding text to any supplied blank button or image designed for this purpose. 

• 3.Licenses are good for one design set and one site only. If multiple sets are desired, each one requires a separate purchase.  Panthera continues to have ©copyright for all design sets sold.

• 4. User may not resell or redistribute these design sets.

• 5. Exclusive: Each design set may only be used on one site. If you decide to use on more than one site, you will send payment for extra sites also. Panthera continues to have ©copyright for all 'design' sets sold. This means that you will own the set but I own the design idea and it can not be copied or duplicated.
Panthera Designs Exclusive can not to be purchased and then re-sold. After a set is sold it is taken off and not resold to another.

• 6. About refunds: Design sets are like opened software, once purchased and mailed, a set can not be refunded. So please be sure you know about the set you are purchasing and either you the owner or your webmaster can set up.

• 7.User agrees to keep copies of the purchased design set. Panthera can not store and resend after 30 days. So please keep a folder on a cd or another safe place.  Please do not link directly to my images. They change continually. If you are unsure how to load to your own directory, please consult the upload data on the site service you are using. Web TV users: please use a Web TV Transloader service.

Images used for Purchaseware are copyright free clipart, shareware, photos I have taken on my trips or royalty-free images...  Yep, some are from two cd's I own but they are Corel 'Royaltyfree' and 'IMSI Masterclips' - especially for design purposes.  Nope, I do not use images from cd's that are for 'Card' and 'Banner' projects only!
I try to make sure the dingbats used for Purchaseware are free for personal or commercial use with no strings attached, or I have purchased at EyeWire and will never knowingly use anything that is not.   If you have a question concerning images please email me and ask :-)

After purchasing a web set, I can put the images on CD and send them to you for safe keeping. The price for this is an additional $20.00.
